Audits
There are multiple methods of performing audits. The most popular is to have our supervisor provide you with an Audit Trail Report. This method separates items according to section (area) and lists the NDC number, drug name, and QTY counted as keyed (left to right, and top to bottom). The Audit Trail Report allows any questions that arise to be addressed before our crew leaves the pharmacy.
